• If purchased together with curtains, the trim will be shipped along with the curtains after processing, and no additional shipping fee will be charged for the trim.

Yes! Simply click the “Purchase Fabric Swatch Booklet” button located below the Add to Cart button on the product page. A prepayment is required, but the full amount will be deducted from your curtain order later — making it a risk-free way to sample our fabrics.

Once production has begun, changes to size, fabric, or trimming may not be possible. If you need to make adjustments, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

All product photos on our site are taken from real items under natural lighting. We use professional calibration tools like SPYDER to ensure color accuracy across displays. While we strive to present colors as true to the actual product as possible, variations may occur due to different lighting conditions or screen settings such as brightness and contrast. Please refer to the physical product for the most accurate color.

Customized or cut-to-size items are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in resalable condition — unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free from stains, odors, or damage.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.
