1.Why is there a one-time extra-long item handling fee in my order?
Some of our custom-made products, such as venetian blinds, Roman shades, honeycomb blinds, curtain tracks, and other extra-long items, may include a one-time handling fee at checkout.
This fee is related to the additional handling required for extra-long items during international shipping. Compared with standard-sized products, long or oversized items often require reinforced packaging, special handling, bracing, or other transport arrangements, which create extra costs.
We list this fee separately instead of building it into the product price, so that our pricing remains transparent and easier to understand.
If you purchase two or more items of the same category in the same order, and they are of similar length or can be packed together, we usually charge this fee only once rather than per item.
If the fee appears more than once at checkout, please do not worry. We will review the order and adjust any duplicated charge where applicable, or refund any excess amount accordingly.
2. Are Lemonho blinds made to measure? What spaces are they suitable for? Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. All Lemonho blinds are made to measure based on your selected size, material, colour, and control option.
They are suitable for a wide range of spaces, including modern homes, offices, designer projects, and commercial interiors.
In addition to residential orders, we also support designer projects, commercial orders, and bulk production.
3. What materials are available?
Depending on the collection, available materials may include basswood, paulownia, PS, PVC, and aluminium. Please refer to the product page for the exact options available.
4. What slat sizes are available?
Some styles are available in different slat sizes, such as 35mm and 50mm. Please check the product options for the sizes offered.
5. Is a rounded-edge finish available? What is the difference between rounded and straight-edge slats?
Yes. Some styles offer an optional rounded-edge slat finish.
A rounded-edge finish means the edges of the slats are more carefully polished and softened, giving the blind a smoother feel and a more refined appearance.
A straight-edge finish keeps the edges cleaner and sharper, creating a more classic and structured look.
The main difference is in the edge detail, overall appearance, and touch, rather than everyday function. You can choose the option that best suits your preferred style.
6. Do you offer motorised blinds? What motor options are available?
Yes. Some styles are available with motorised control.
Depending on the product configuration, motorised blinds may be available with either a hardwired motor or a rechargeable motor.
A hardwired motor is suitable for spaces with a prepared power supply, while a rechargeable motor is often a better choice where wiring is less convenient. Please refer to the product page for the available options.
7. What is the size range for custom blinds?
The available size range depends on the control type:
Manual blinds: Width 35–300cm, Height 50–400cm
Motorised blinds: Width 80–300cm, Height 50–400cm

8. Can I customise the headrail colour, ladder tape colour, and other finish details?
In most cases, the headrail colour, ladder tape colour, and related finish details will follow the default style shown in the product images or the standard matching of the selected collection, so the finished blinds stay as consistent as possible with the look shown on the page.
If you need a different colour combination, special finish details, or project-based customisation, you are welcome to upload your requirements through our bulk order quote page, and we will provide a quotation based on your request.
9. Do you ship to Australia and other countries?
Yes. We ship to Australia and most major international destinations. In most cases, orders are shipped with free sea freight, while air freight is available at an additional cost. Final shipping arrangements depend on the actual order.
