1.Why is there a one-time extra-long item handling fee in my order?
Some of our custom-made products, such as venetian blinds, Roman shades, honeycomb blinds, curtain tracks, and other extra-long items, may include a one-time handling fee at checkout.
This fee is related to the additional handling required for extra-long items during international shipping. Compared with standard-sized products, long or oversized items often require reinforced packaging, special handling, bracing, or other transport arrangements, which create extra costs.
We list this fee separately instead of building it into the product price, so that our pricing remains transparent and easier to understand.
If you purchase two or more items of the same category in the same order, and they are of similar length or can be packed together, we usually charge this fee only once rather than per item.
If the fee appears more than once at checkout, please do not worry. We will review the order and adjust any duplicated charge where applicable, or refund any excess amount accordingly.
2. Are Lemonho blinds made to measure? What spaces are they suitable for? Do you accept bulk orders?

In addition to residential orders, we also support designer projects, commercial orders, and bulk production.

Depending on the product configuration, motorised blinds may be available with either a hardwired motor or a rechargeable motor.

6. Do you ship to Australia and other countries?
Yes. We ship to Australia and most major international destinations. In most cases, orders are shipped with free sea freight, while air freight is available at an additional cost. Final shipping arrangements depend on the actual order.
