Lemonho Affiliate Terms

These Lemonho Affiliate Terms (these “Terms”) apply to the websites located at lemonho.com and www.lemonhone.com (collectively, the “Site”), which are owned and operated by Lemonho Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. and Lemon Home International Limited (collectively, “Lemonho”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

 

These Lemonho Affiliate Terms (“Terms”) set out the rules and conditions for participating in the Lemonho Affiliate & Referral Program (the “Program”).
They are intended to be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If there is any inconsistency, the specific terms in those policies will prevail where applicable.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information.

1.2 Lemonho reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, approve, reject, suspend or terminate any application or existing affiliate account, including limiting participation by country or region.

1.3 Participation in the Program does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and Lemonho. You are not authorised to make commitments or representations on behalf of Lemonho.

2. Promotion & Commission Rules

2.1 Approved partners (“Affiliates”) may invite new customers or designers to register and complete valid orders through their unique referral link or tracking method provided by Lemonho, in order to earn commissions.

2.2 Commission rates, tier structures, per-order caps and any special incentives are determined by Lemonho’s official Program rules, as published or updated from time to time in our official documentation, dashboard or announcements.

2.3 Unless otherwise stated in the Program rules:

  • Commissions are calculated only on the actual paid order amount,
    excluding shipping fees, taxes, duties and any separately charged surcharges.

  • Only eligible, directly referred orders that are properly tracked to your referral link under our system will generate commissions.

  • Orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back or flagged as fraudulent will not generate commissions (or existing commissions will be reversed).

2.4 Self-purchases (including placing orders for yourself, your own business, or using your own referral link) are not eligible for commissions unless explicitly allowed in writing by Lemonho.

2.5 Lemonho may, at its discretion, exclude certain products, regions, coupon types or order scenarios from commission eligibility, and may adjust Program rules over time.

Note: Specific commission percentages, tiers and caps are subject to Lemonho’s latest official Program documentation and announcements.

3. Settlement & Payment

3.1 Commissions are only considered earned and payable once:

  • The referred order is marked as completed;

  • The applicable return / refund period has passed; and

  • No chargeback, dispute or suspected fraud is associated with the order.

3.2 If an order is refunded, cancelled, partially refunded, or results in a chargeback, any related commissions may be reduced, reversed or put on hold, even after they were initially shown as pending.

3.3 Settlement frequency (e.g. monthly / bi-weekly), payout methods (e.g. PayPal, bank transfer) and minimum withdrawal thresholds are determined by Lemonho’s Program rules and may be updated from time to time.

3.4 It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details are accurate and up to date. Lemonho is not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect payout information provided by you.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following:

4.1 Fraudulent or abusive activity, including but not limited to:

  • Fake registrations or mass sign-ups using false identities, emails or contact information;

  • Self-referrals or circular orders made only to generate commission;

  • Order manipulation (such as placing and cancelling repeated orders to inflate statistics).

4.2 Misleading or illegal promotion, including:

  • Using Lemonho brand assets without permission or in an altered, confusing or defamatory way;

  • Making false claims about product features, pricing, discounts or availability;

  • Spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or using deceptive traffic sources.

4.3 Infringement of rights or damage to Lemonho’s interests, including:

  • Violating intellectual property rights (e.g. using unauthorised photos, logos, texts);

  • Engaging in behaviour that harms Lemonho’s reputation, customers, or legitimate business interests;

  • Bidding on restricted keywords (e.g. “Lemonho”, brand terms) in paid ads where prohibited by Program rules.

Lemonho may, at its discretion, cancel commissions, suspend accounts, or terminate participation for any breach of this Section.

5. Anti-Fraud & Risk Control

5.1 Lemonho reserves the right to:

  • Monitor traffic sources, conversion patterns and order behaviour;

  • Suspend, freeze or limit affiliate accounts that show suspicious or abnormal activity;

  • Delay settlements for manual review where fraud risk is suspected;

  • Cancel or adjust commissions that are deemed invalid, fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

5.2 Lemonho’s decision on whether an order or commission is valid shall be final, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Tax & Privacy

6.1 Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes (income tax, VAT/GST, etc.) arising from their commission income in accordance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Lemonho does not provide tax advice and may issue basic payment records where required.

6.2 Lemonho processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

6.3 Lemonho will not sell your personal information to third parties, but may share necessary data with service providers (such as payment processors or affiliate tracking platforms) strictly for the purpose of operating the Program and fulfilling legal obligations.

7. Changes & Termination

7.1 Lemonho reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program (in whole or in part) at any time, including:

  • Changing commission rates, tiers and caps;

  • Adjusting eligibility rules, payout methods or minimum thresholds;

  • Limiting or stopping the Program in one or more countries or regions.

7.2 Updates to these Terms will be posted on the Lemonho website or communicated via email / dashboard notifications and will take effect immediately, unless a later effective date is specified.

7.3 If you continue to participate in the Program or use your referral link after the updated Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

7.4 Lemonho may terminate your participation at any time, with or without prior notice, in particular if:

  • You breach these Terms or other Lemonho policies;

  • Fraud, abuse or misuse is suspected; or

  • The Program is discontinued in your region.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lemonho’s place of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your participation in the Program shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and Lemonho.

8.3 If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable time, it shall be submitted to an arbitration body or competent court with jurisdiction in Lemonho’s place of registration, unless mandatory consumer or affiliate protection laws in your country require otherwise.
