Lemonho Affiliate Terms

These Terms outline the rules and conditions for participating in the Lemonho Affiliate & Referral Program.

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and truthful registration information.
  • Lemonho reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Promotion & Commission Rules

  • Partners may invite new customers or designers to register and complete valid orders via their unique referral link to earn commissions.
  • Commission rates, tier structures, and per-order limits are determined by Lemonho’s official policies as published from time to time.
  • Commissions are calculated only on the actual paid order amount (excluding shipping fees and taxes), and apply solely to directly referred customer orders.
  • Self-purchases are not eligible for commissions.

Note: Specific commission percentages and caps are subject to Lemonho’s latest official announcements. This page does not constitute a fixed or permanent offer.

3. Settlement & Payment

  • Commissions are settled after the order is completed and the cooling-off period has passed.
  • Refunds or cancellations will result in corresponding commission reversals.
  • Settlement frequency and minimum withdrawal thresholds are determined according to Lemonho’s policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Partners must not engage in:

  • Fake registrations, cash-out schemes, or fraudulent orders (including order manipulation or abuse).
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights, spam marketing, or misleading promotions.
  • Any activity that damages the reputation or legitimate interests of Lemonho.

5. Anti-Fraud & Risk Control

  • Lemonho reserves the right to suspend or freeze suspicious accounts, delay settlements for manual review, and cancel invalid commissions.

6. Tax & Privacy

  • Partners are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on their commission income in their respective jurisdictions.
  • Lemonho will process personal data in accordance with its
    Privacy Policy
    and will not sell personal information to third parties.

7. Changes & Termination

  • Lemonho reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time.
  • Updates to these Terms will be posted on the Lemonho website or notified by email and will take immediate effect unless stated otherwise.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lemonho’s place of registration.
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the arbitration body with jurisdiction in Lemonho’s place of registration.
