  • Width: Curtain width = track width × 2.0 to 2.2 times (based on your preferred fullness)

  • Height:

    • Hook track: Measure from the bottom of the track to the floor or windowsill

    • Rod installation: Measure from the center of the rod to the floor or windowsill

  • Tip: Leave a 1-2 cm gap above the floor to avoid dust collection.

  • Each swatch booklet is priced at USD $9.9.

1. Order Processing Time

  • 1.1 Order review & production scheduling

    • We usually complete the order review and place your order into our production schedule within about 24 hours after payment.

    • If you need to change your measurements or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours of placing your order).

    • We will do our best to adjust the order before production begins, but once production has started, changes may no longer be possible or may incur additional costs.

    1.2 Custom products (curtains, blinds, Roman shades)

    • Production time is generally about 5–10 business days, depending on fabric, heading style and overall complexity.

    • Processing and production times may be slightly longer during public holidays or peak seasons.

 


2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Economy sea shipping: approx. 30–45 calendar days.

  • Air shipping: approx. 7–15 calendar days (optional, extra fee).

  • Standard shipping: approx. 7–20 business days.

  • Sample shipping: fabric swatches sent via postal service, approx. 7–10 business days, usually no signature required.

Important note:

  • Delivery time does not include customs clearance. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, public holidays, extreme weather or local conditions.

  • For most orders, the total time from payment to delivery is usually around 2–4 weeks, including order processing, production and international shipping. Actual timeframes may vary by country, shipping method and customs clearance.


3. Shipping Costs

3.1 Curtains, Blinds & Hardware

  • Australia: free shipping over AUD 152 (otherwise AUD 38.00).

  • Singapore / Japan / South Korea: free over USD 100 (otherwise USD 25.00).

  • USA / Canada / Israel / UAE / Saudi Arabia: free over USD 200 (otherwise USD 50.00).

  • Europe (DE, FR, IT, ES, BE, NL, SE, DK, FI, NO, PL): free over EUR 186.00 (otherwise EUR 46.50).

Notes:

  • Free shipping applies to our standard / economy shipping service (sea or rail, where available).

  • Air shipping and express upgrades are optional and charged separately.

  • Due to international exchange rate fluctuations and logistics cost variations, the above thresholds may change. Our system will automatically calculate the latest rate at checkout.

  • Orders below the threshold will be charged shipping based on weight and location. Optional air shipping and express services are available at checkout with dynamic rates.

3.2 Fabric Swatches & Sample Booklets

  • Shipping is included in the sample price.

  • rebate is applied automatically when you place a curtain order later, and a coupon will also be emailed to you.


4. Delivery Methods & Timing

  • Swatches & small items:
    Shipped via postal service, no signature required, approx. 7–10 business days.

  • Custom & finished curtains (when air or express shipping is selected):
    Shipped by trusted international couriers with door-to-door service. Typical air transit time is around 7–14 calendar days, depending on the destination.

  • Special items (e.g. bamboo shades):
    Follow the product-specific lead time shown on the product page or in your quotation.

  • Economy sea shipping:
    Approx. 30–45 calendar days (not available for all destinations).

Two-stage international delivery:

  1. From our factory to the destination country via sea or other international line-haul services (including customs clearance).

  2. Handover to a local courier for the final “last mile” delivery.

Shipping options: Small batches via express couriers; large orders via sea freight (full container or consolidation).

  • Cotton-linen and polyester curtains: Gentle machine wash or hand wash below 30°C

  • Velvet, flocked, and silk curtains: Dry clean recommended

  • Iron at low temperatures (below 110°C) to prevent damage.

Minor creases may occur during shipping:

  • Hang the curtains for 3-5 days to allow wrinkles to fall naturally

  • Use a low-temperature steamer if needed (avoid direct contact with seams and trims).

1. Order Types

All Lemonho curtains, window seat cushions, and related products are custom-made based on the specifications selected by the customer, including size, fabric, style, or custom requirements confirmed through CAD drawings and consultation.

We classify orders into two categories:


1.1 Standard Custom Orders

Orders placed directly on our website by selecting specifications such as dimensions, fabric, pleat style, and opening direction fall under this category.

Return & Refund Conditions:

  • If the product has a confirmed quality issue (e.g., size deviation beyond acceptable industry tolerance, fabric damage, or significant manufacturing defects), we will provide a free remake, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

  • If the issue is caused by customer-side input errors (e.g., incorrect dimensions, wrong selections, or mismatched expectations), the product is not eligible for return or refund. Please review all selections carefully before placing your order.

Industry Tolerance Standard:
The industry-standard tolerance for handcrafted curtains is ±2.5 cm (approximately ±1 inch). Minor variations such as slight size deviations, stitching inconsistencies, or fabric creases are considered normal characteristics of handmade products and are not regarded as defects.


1.2 Designer Custom Orders

Orders placed through CAD drawings, customized quotations, fabric approvals, and professional consultation are considered designer-level custom orders.

Return & Refund Conditions:

  • Due to the high level of personalization, these orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a confirmed major error (e.g., product differs significantly from approved specifications, incorrect materials, or major workmanship defects).

  • Lemonho will conduct thorough confirmations before production begins, including fabric, dimensions, and pricing.


2. Quality Guarantee

If your order is found to have a clear quality defect, we offer:

  • Free remake

  • Free replacement

  • Or refund, based on your preference and the issue severity

To qualify for our quality guarantee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide clear photo evidence. Our support team will review and respond promptly.


3. Return Packaging Requirements

If your return has been approved by Lemonho:

  • If the product is damaged due to improper return packaging, Lemonho reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct a partial refund based on the damage assessment.
  • Friendly Reminder: Please ensure that products are properly packaged when returning. If the items are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, Lemonho reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct compensation accordingly.

To ensure color consistency:

  • Purchase your full required quantity at once
