Lemonho Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to www.lemonhone.com, operated by Lemonho Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. (“Lemonho”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and cover the services we provide to customers in Oceania, Asia-Pacific, North America, the Middle East, and Europe.


Section 1: General Terms

The Lemonho website is operated by the Lemonho team. Throughout the site, the terms โ€œwe,โ€ โ€œus,โ€ and โ€œourโ€ refer to Lemonho.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our โ€œServiceโ€ and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the site or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website. Your continued use after such changes indicates acceptance.


Section 2: License

Lemonho grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our website strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Abuse or misuse website features;

  • Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the website without authorization;

  • Engage in any activity that may harm Lemonhoโ€™s interests.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.


Section 3: Payments

By purchasing a product from Lemonho, you agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

Lemonho takes payment security seriously. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through third-party providers. If we detect suspicious or high-risk orders, we reserve the right to hold or cancel shipment until verification is complete.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account and payment information. Lemonho shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of a customerโ€™s credit card, payment account, or login credentials. Any fraudulent or abusive activities will be reported to the relevant authorities.


Section 4: Shipping & Delivery Policy

Lemonho is committed to providing high-quality curtains and reliable shipping services worldwide. Whether ordering custom curtains or fabric swatches, we ensure smooth delivery from our factory to your home.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 3โ€“5 business days after payment.

  • Custom Products (curtains, blinds, Roman shades): Production takes approximately 7โ€“15 business days, depending on complexity.

  • Processing may be delayed during public holidays or promotional events.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Economy Sea Shipping: approx. 30โ€“45 calendar days.

  • Air Shipping: approx. 7โ€“15 calendar days (optional, extra fee).

  • Standard Shipping: approx. 7โ€“20 business days.

  • Swatch Shipping: approx. 7โ€“10 business days via postal service, no signature required.

Note: Delivery times exclude customs clearance. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or local conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Curtains, Blinds & Hardware:

    • Australia: Free over AUD 152 (otherwise AUD 38.00)

    • Singapore / Japan / South Korea: Free over USD 100 (otherwise USD 25.00)

    • USA / Canada / Israel / UAE / Saudi Arabia: Free over USD 200 (otherwise USD 50.00)

    • Europe (DE, FR, IT, ES, BE, NL, SE, DK, FI, NO, PL): Free over EUR 186 (otherwise EUR 46.50)

  • Rates may change due to exchange rates or logistics cost fluctuations. Our system will automatically calculate the latest rates at checkout.

  • Fabric Swatches & Sample Booklets: Price includes shipping. A rebate is automatically applied when ordering curtains later, and a coupon will also be emailed.

4. Delivery Methods & Timing

  • Swatches & small items: Postal shipping, approx. 7โ€“10 business days.

  • Custom & finished curtains: Delivered via DHL / FedEx / UPS, approx. 7โ€“14 business days, door-to-door.

  • Special products (e.g. bamboo shades): Follow product-specific timelines.

  • Economy sea shipping: approx. 30โ€“45 calendar days (not available in all regions).

All orders are provided with a tracking number after shipment. Some countries may require signatures on delivery.

5. Customs & Import Duties

All prices and shipping fees exclude VAT, customs duties, or import taxes. Buyers are responsible for paying any required charges in their country. Lemonho is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including recipient, postal code, and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. Once shipped, rerouting may incur additional charges.

7. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

8. Delivery Issues & Refused Shipments

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient absence, return and re-delivery costs will apply. Refused packages without confirmed product quality issues are not eligible for refunds. Orders marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ are considered complete.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us immediately. We will assist with courier investigation and reshipment if necessary.

Section 5: Returns & Refunds Policy

All Lemonho curtains, window seat cushions, and related products are custom-made, based on specifications provided by the customer.

1. Standard Custom Orders

Orders placed by selecting specifications such as size, fabric, pleat style, and opening direction.

  • If there is a confirmed quality issue (e.g., size deviation beyond industry tolerance, fabric damage, major workmanship defect), we will provide a free remake, replacement, or refund.

  • If issues are caused by customer input errors (wrong dimensions, incorrect selections, mismatched expectations), returns and refunds are not accepted.

  • Industry Tolerance Standard: ยฑ2.5 cm (approx. ยฑ1 inch) for handcrafted curtains. Minor stitching inconsistencies or fabric creases are normal and not considered defects.

2. Designer Custom Orders

Orders confirmed via CAD drawings, quotations, fabric approvals, and consultations.

  • Due to the high level of personalization, such orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there is a significant error (e.g., product differs from approved specifications, wrong material, major workmanship defect).

3. Quality Guarantee

If your order has a confirmed defect, you may choose:

  • Free remake

  • Free replacement

  • Refund

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photo evidence.

4. Return Packaging Requirements

Returns must be properly packaged. If products are damaged due to poor packaging, Lemonho reserves the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.

Section 6: Intellectual Property

All content on Lemonhoโ€™s website (including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software) is the exclusive property of Lemonho or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the site without prior written consent.


Section 7: Disclaimer

This website and the services are provided on an โ€œas isโ€ basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will always meet your expectations.
Your use of this website and services is at your own risk.


Section 8: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products or services.


Section 9: User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading order information;

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes, including fraud, spam, or malware distribution;

  • Copy, scrape, or collect website content or pricing information without authorization;

  • Interfere with the functionality, security, or availability of the website;

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with Lemonho.

Violation may result in termination of access, cancellation of orders, and legal action.


Section 10: Force Majeure

Lemonho shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, transportation interruptions, supply chain issues, or wars.


Section 11: Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

Lemonho may operate affiliate, referral, or designer partnership programs. Participation is subject to additional terms provided at enrollment.
Misuse, fraud, or violation of program rules may result in suspension or termination of participation.


Section 12: Termination

Lemonho reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time without prior notice.
You may also terminate this agreement by ceasing to use the website.


Section 13: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lemonhoโ€™s place of registration, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to an arbitration body with jurisdiction in Lemonhoโ€™s place of registration.


Section 14: Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
