🏭 Ex-factory price for a blackout, high-density fabric:
A$15/m (≈ US$9.8/m; 1 m ≈ 39.4 in).
🚢 In Australia, the importer/wholesaler distributes to B-side dealers at
A$20/m (≈ US$13.0/m).
🏪 Retail price to end customers (C-side) is
A$40/m (≈ US$26.0/m).
🧮 Therefore, if a customer buys 6 metres (≈ 236 in),
the fabric cost is A$240 (≈ US$156).
✂️ Making fee: A$10/m × 6 = A$60 (≈ US$39).
🧾 Subtotal: A$300 (≈ US$195) — fabric + making only; hardware/accessories and GST excluded.
