These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) apply to the websites located at lemonho.com and www.lemonhone.com (collectively, the “Site”), which are owned and operated by.

The Lemonho website is operated by the Lemonho team. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lemonho.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or linked on our site, such as our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, andWebsite Disclaimer. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the site or use any services.

By purchasing a product from Lemonho, you agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes, customs duties (where applicable), and shipping fees.

All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods indicated at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

Lemonho takes payment security seriously. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through third-party providers. If we detect suspicious, high-risk, or potentially fraudulent orders, we reserve the right to place the order on hold, request additional verification, or cancel the order and issue a refund through the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account and payment information. Lemonho shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of a customer’s credit card, payment account, or login credentials. Any fraudulent, abusive, or chargeback-related activities may result in order cancellation, suspension of your account, refusal of future orders, and reporting to relevant payment providers or authorities.


Section 4: Shipping & Delivery (Summary)

Lemonho provides international shipping for custom curtains, blinds, and related products from our factory to customers worldwide. The detailed rules and most up-to-date timeframes are set out in our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4.1 Order Processing & Production Time

  •  Once your payment is confirmed, we normally review and confirm your order and place it into our production schedule within about 24–48 hours. If any information is unclear, we may contact you for clarification.
    • For most custom products (including curtains, blinds, and Roman shades), the production lead time is generally around 5–10 business days, depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and order volume.
    • Processing and production times may be longer during public holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events. Any updated estimates are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes & Methods

  • Estimated delivery windows for different shipping methods (such as economy sea/rail, standard shipping, air, or express services) are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy and may vary by country or region.
  • For many standard curtain orders, the overall time from payment to delivery is usually around 2–4 weeks, but this is an estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Actual delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as customs inspections, local carrier delays, public holidays, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.
  • All delivery times shown on our website, at checkout, or in our help centre are estimates only, unless we have expressly confirmed a specific date in writing.

4.3 Shipping Costs, Customs & Taxes

  • Shipping costs, free-shipping thresholds, and available methods depend on your delivery country, order type, and chosen service level. The applicable cost for your order will be shown at checkout.
  • Where “free shipping” is offered, it generally applies to our standard or economy service. Upgrades to air or express services, if available, are charged separately.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all prices and shipping fees shown on our website exclude VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges. You are responsible for paying any such charges required by the authorities in your country.
  • Lemonho is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, or additional fees imposed by customs or local carriers.

4.4 Address Accuracy, Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, street address, postal code, and contact phone number. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses.
  • Any re-delivery, address correction, or rerouting fees that arise after shipment may be charged to you.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered”, the order will generally be treated as completed under our Shipping & Delivery Policy, unless (i) you notify us of a defect or issue within the time limits set out in our Return & Refund Policy, or (ii) otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws or your payment provider’s policies.
  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist with courier investigation and, where appropriate, arrange reshipment or other solutions in line with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Section 5: Returns & Refunds (Summary)

Most Lemonho products (including curtains and soft furnishings) are made to order,based on the sizes, fabrics and options you select.Our detailed rules on returns, refunds and exchanges are set out in our separate
Return & Refund Policy,which forms part of these Terms.

5.1 Custom Orders – General Principle

  • Standard custom orders placed through our website and designer-level custom orders confirmed by drawings, quotations, or fabric approvals are generally non-returnable, as they are made specifically to your requirements.
  • If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect (for example, a size error clearly beyond industry tolerance, wrong fabric, wrong lining, or a major workmanship defect), we will be responsible and may offer a free remake, free replacement, or a refund, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.
  • If an issue arises from customer-side input (such as incorrect measurements, options mistakenly selected, or a style that does not match your interior concept), returns or refunds are normally not accepted, unless we explicitly agree in writing to handle the case as an exception.

5.2 Tolerance, Colour & Fabric Characteristics

  • For handcrafted curtains, a size tolerance of approximately ±2.5 cm (≈ ±1 inch) is considered normal and not a defect.
  • Minor colour differences due to lighting, screen display settings, or dye-lot variations, as well as light creasing formed during transport, are natural characteristics of textile products and are not treated as quality defects.

5.3 Eligible Returns, Exceptions & Process

  • Ready-made hardware and accessories may be returnable if defective or incorrect, provided they are unused, reported within the specified time frame, and returned in their original packaging, as set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by Lemonho. Parcels returned without prior approval may be refused or not eligible for a refund.
  • n rare, exceptional cases where we agree in writing to handle a non-quality issue (such as a change of mind) as an exception, any refund will be a partial refund only, calculated on the basis of the amount actually paid for the order after deducting costs already incurred (including fabric, labour, production preparation, packaging, and original outbound shipping, including any subsidised “free shipping”). Return shipping from you to our facility is at your own expense and is not refundable.
  • Refunds are generally processed within a reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned items. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or card issuer.

Nothing in these Terms, our Shipping & Delivery Policy, or Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country.


Section 6: Intellectual Property

All content on Lemonho’s website (including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software) is the exclusive property of Lemonho or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent.


Section 7: Website Disclaimer (Summary)

This website and the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis,
without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components,
or that it will always meet your expectations. Your use of this website and our services is at your own risk.

Section 8: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemonho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the website or services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant products or services giving rise to the claim.

Section 9: User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, inaccurate or misleading order or account information;
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes, including fraud, spam, phishing or malware distribution;
  • Copy, scrape, harvest or systematically collect website content, images or pricing information without authorization;
  • Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the functionality, security or availability of the website;
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Lemonho.

Violation of this Section may result in termination of access, cancellation of orders, and/or legal action, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.


Section 10: Force Majeure

Lemonho shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, labour disputes, transportation interruptions, supply chain disruptions, acts of terrorism, wars, or failures of telecommunications or power networks.


Section 11: Affiliate & Referral Program Terms

Lemonho may operate affiliate, referral, designer partnership, or similar programs from time to time. Participation in any such program is subject to the specific program terms and conditions provided at enrolment, which shall form part of these Terms to the extent applicable.

Misuse, fraud, self-referrals contrary to the program rules, or other violations of program terms may result in suspension or termination of participation, and cancellation or adjustment of any associated commissions or rewards.


Section 12: Termination

Lemonho reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

You may also terminate this agreement by ceasing to use the website and, where applicable, closing your account. Any obligations incurred prior to termination (including payment obligations) shall survive termination.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK
