  • In general, orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

  • Custom-made products (such as curtains, blinds, and roman shades) require a production period of approximately 10–15 business days due to their complexity.

  • During public holidays or peak promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Estimated Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping:
    Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country or region and logistics conditions.

  • Expedited Shipping (if applicable):
    Faster shipping options are available at checkout. Additional fees vary based on the destination.

Please note: Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, logistics conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Curtains, Blinds, and Curtain Hardware:

    • Orders over $50 USD qualify for free sea shipping (for eligible countries, automatically applied at checkout).

    • Orders under $50 USD will incur shipping charges based on the destination and package weight.

    • Air shipping is available as an optional service and will require additional charges.

  • Fabric Swatches and Color Sample Booklets:

    • Shipping fees will apply when ordering samples.

    • When you later purchase curtains, the sample shipping fee can be deducted from the product amount.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected delivery method.


4. Delivery Methods and Timeframes

  • Fabric Swatches and Sample Booklets:

    • Shipped via postal services; estimated delivery within 7–10 business days. No signature required.

  • Ready-made Curtains, Custom Curtains, and Blinds:

    • Delivered by international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS with door-to-door service; estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.

  • Special Custom Products (e.g., Bamboo Shades, Special Roman Shades):

    • Standard Curtains: Dispatched within 7–10 business days.

    • Custom Curtains: Production completed within 7–15 business days.

    • Shipping Times:

      • Sea Shipping: 30–45 calendar days

      • Air Shipping: 7–15 calendar days

Tracking numbers will be provided once the order is shipped.
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.


5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other local charges upon arrival.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Lemonhone is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional fees.

We recommend checking with your local customs office regarding applicable duties and taxes before placing an order.


6. Accuracy of Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information, including recipient name, complete address, postal code, and phone number, is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Lemonhone will not be responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.


7. Shipping Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, Lemonhone will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track the shipment status through the courier’s official website or a tracking platform.


8. Delivery Exceptions

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address information, recipient absence, or package refusal, additional re-delivery or return shipping fees may apply.

  • If a customer fails to collect or refuses a package, the cost of return shipping and related fees (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.


9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is lost or experiences an extended delay during transit, please contact Lemonhone’s customer service team promptly.

  • We will assist in contacting the carrier and arranging re-shipment if necessary.

  • If the carrier’s system marks a package as “Delivered,” the transaction is considered complete, and Lemonhone will not provide a refund.
